Description:
Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close, including lead qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and contract execution.
Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to uncover key business pains related to sales inefficiency, lead management, forecasting inaccuracy, and marketing-sales alignment.
Product Demonstration: Deliver compelling, value-focused online demos of both HubSpot CRM and Klioo AI, showcasing a seamless integrated workflow.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline using our internal CRM, providing regular forecasts to sales leadership.
Market Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on the modern revenue stack, CRM best practices, and the application of AI in sales and marketing.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth handoff and exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
1+ year of experience in a full cycle, closing sales role (Account Executive, Business Development Manager).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, preferably in B2B / B2C.
Experience selling to SMBs/SMEs is highly desirable. You understand their unique challenges, budget constraints, and need for quick time-to-value.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Polished and professional presence
Holder of Kuwaiti residence and driving license.
