Responsibilities:
Inspect piping fabrication, installation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Review and verify WPS, PQR, weld maps, and NDT reports.
Conduct inspections for fit-up, welding, hydro testing, and pneumatic testing.
Ensure proper handling, identification, and storage of piping materials.
Verify correct installation as per P&IDs, isometric drawings, and engineering standards.
Identify non-conformities and issue NCRs when necessary.
Coordinate with contractors, QA/QC team, and site engineers.
Prepare and maintain inspection records and reports.
Ensure compliance with all site HSE policies.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Engineering in Mechanical or related field
Certification preferred: CSWIP, AWS, API, or equivalent
Experience in oil & gas, construction, or industrial projects
