We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist with strong expertise in managing and operating the Etimad Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling government transactions, contract registration, vendor management, and all operations related to the platform to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with official requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage all activities on the Etimad Platform, including registration, tender submissions, invoicing, and contract follow-up.
-Prepare and submit government documents, proposals, and reports through the platform.
-Coordinate with internal departments to gather required documents and ensure timely submissions.
-Monitor tender opportunities and update management on relevant bids.
-Ensure compliance with governmental procedures and regulations.
-Maintain accurate records of contracts, payments, and correspondence.
-Communicate with government entities to resolve issues and track progress.

Requirements:
Proven experience using the Etimad Platform (mandatory).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills in Arabic; English is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
