Key Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site structural works, verifying adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor quality, progress, and safety during construction activities.
Conduct inspections and prepare technical site reports.
Coordinate with project teams to resolve structural issues.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Maintain proper documentation of site inspections, non-conformance reports, and progress reports.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple project locations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or related discipline.
Relevant experience in consultancy and construction projects within KSA or GCC (typically 5+ years).
Strong knowledge of structural standards, supervision procedures, and project controls.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Previous supervision/consultancy experience is advantageous.
Ability to work effectively across multiple sites.
