Key Responsibilities:
Supervise civil construction activities, ensuring quality and compliance.
Monitor progress, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
Conduct site inspections and prepare reports.
Coordinate with contractors and project teams to resolve site issues.
Maintain documentation for site activities, inspections, and reports.
Ensure safety standards are maintained throughout the project.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple project locations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
5+ years of relevant supervision experience in consultancy or construction projects in KSA or GCC.
Strong knowledge of civil construction standards, supervision procedures, and project management.
Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
Prior consultancy/supervision experience preferred.
Ability to manage multiple site activities.
