Property Consultant
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities :
• Identify and research promising locations for property investment across the UAE.
• Sell off-plan properties from top developers to both local and international clients.
• Provide consultation and investment advice based on market data and client goals.
• Build strong relationships with clients and offer a smooth, informed buying experience.
• Stay updated on market trends, project launches, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Manage leads, follow up with potential buyers, and close deals.
Job Details :
• Proven experience in real estate sales, especially off-plan properties in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of property investment and location analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
