Banquet Supervisor
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Job Description :
• set-up, food presentation, serving, and cleanup while focusing on detail and quality presentation and customer service.
• Responsible for training and coaching of the banquet staff.
• Ensure all cutlery/crockery/utensils/,etc. are clean and dry and available during service time
• Ensure that the Baine Marie is clean and the temperature is as required prior to pick up of Food.
• Ensure that HACCP procedures are followed and records are updated.
• Ensure all trays and used items are cleared from all the tables.
