Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Additional certifications in marketing, sales, or digital marketing are a plus
Experience:
1–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development
Prior experience in the Manpower Services & Trading sector preferred
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
