Requirements:
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the construction industry
Mandatory UAE experience in high-rise building projects
Strong technical knowledge in civil engineering works, structural elements, materials, and construction methodologies
Experienced in project execution, site supervision, and coordination with contractors and consultants
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle project timelines, quality standards, and site safety requirements
