Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, track, and archive project documents (drawings, transmittals, submittals).
• Ensure proper document version control and distribution to the project team.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants for document submissions.
• Prepare logs, registers, and weekly document control reports.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in document control
• Strong MS Office and PDF/document management skills
• Familiar with construction/engineering documentation
• Immediate joiners preferred
