Key Responsibilities:
-Troubleshoot and resolve network & system issues
-Install, configure, and maintain IT solutions
-Set up new users & manage passwords/security
-Provide clear technical support to employees
-Learn and grow with evolving IT systems
Preferred Skills:
-Microsoft 365 administration
-Active Directory knowledge
-Strong general computer skills
Qualifications:
-1 year experience in similar role (advantage, not mandatory)
-Bachelor’s in IT / Computer Science (advantage)
