Architectural Project Manager
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
• Manage architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring time, quality and budget targets are met.
• Act as the key point of contact between client, consultants and contractors.
• Plan project timelines, deliverables and resource allocation.
• Monitor design and construction progress, resolve technical and coordination issues.
• Prepare reports, documentation and project status updates for stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Substantial experience managing architectural or multi-disciplinary building projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and construction processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• GCC / UAE project experience is an advantage.
