Requirements:
Proven experience working with Opera PMS system.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Guest service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including night shifts if required.
Hospitality diploma or relevant certifications preferred.
