Marketing Manager
Job Location : Manama, Bahrain
Key Responsibilities :
• Create and implement marketing strategies that help the company grow and stand out.
• Manage social media channels, online advertising, and all digital content.
• Carry out market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Oversee branding, promotional materials, and the overall creative direction.
• Work closely with different departments to make sure marketing supports company goals.
• Track the performance of campaigns and prepare clear, insightful reports.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
• Lead and support the marketing team, helping them stay motivated and aligned.
Requirements :
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, analytics, and campaign management.
• Great communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Someone creative, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with digital tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Analytics, etc., is a plus.
