Accountant (Female Only)

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting tasks and support senior accountants
Assist in maintaining ledgers, financial statements, and reconciliations
Handle accounts receivable & payable, rent collections, and payment processing
Support cash flow tracking, petty cash handling, and expense control
Prepare invoices, receipts, and maintain accurate financial records
Coordinate with management, admin, sales, and external parties
Ensure accounting activities follow UAE standards and internal SOPs
Assist in VAT documentation, payroll data compilation, and monthly reports
Requirements

Female candidates only
Minimum 1 year UAE accounting experience (Real estate background is an advantage)
Must have Valid UAE visa
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong MS Excel skills; experience with accounting software is preferred
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Strong organizational and communication skills

1. Ledger Handling
How to maintain and reconcile accurate ledgers
Methods for updating entries and verifying records

2. Managing the Accounts Function
Daily workflow, coordination with departments
Handling receivables, payables, cash flow

3. Profit & Loss Management
Preparing P&L reports
Identifying financial trends and variances

4. Office Expense Handling
Recording, tracking, and limiting office expenses
Ensuring approvals and documentation

5. VAT Filing
Preparing VAT returns
Ensuring UAE compliance and maintaining backup records

6. Payroll Support
Salary calculations, attendance records, and deductions

7. Daily Accounting Operations
Invoices, payments, rent statements, petty cash handling

8. Financial Reporting
Monthly financial statements
Bank reconciliation and cash-flow summaries

9. RERA Compliance Support (If needed)
Preparing financial documentation as per RERA requirements

10. Filing & Documentation
Maintaining organized digital and physical files
