Job Title: Senior Presales Engineer
Job Description
• Lead the technical presales activities for Light Current, Audio Visual, and Security Systems solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements, identify gaps, and design optimized technical solutions that meet business and technical needs.
• Prepare detailed proposals, BOQs, system designs, and technical presentations for customers and system integrators.
• Provide expert consultation on solution architecture, product selection, and system integration.
• Conduct site surveys, evaluate project conditions, and ensure proposed solutions match site requirements.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to support the full presales cycle and maximize deal win rates.
• Deliver technical workshops, product demos, and training sessions for clients and system integrators.
• Engage with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best technical and commercial offers.
• Support the sales team in negotiations by providing technical justification and value-based selling arguments.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitors’ solutions within light current, AV, and security domains.
Job Requirements
• 5 to 8 years of experience in presales for Light Current, Audio Visual, and Security Systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of:
• CCTV & Surveillance Systems
• Access Control & Time Attendance
• Fire Alarm & Public Address
• Audio Visual (LED screens, videowalls, conferencing systems)
• Structured Cabling & Networking basics
• Experience in solution design, technical proposals, BOQ preparation, and system integration.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to conduct site surveys and interpret drawings (AutoCAD is a plus).
• Experience dealing with system integrators and contractors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Communication / Related field).
• Valid driver’s license
