Key Responsibilities
· Assist the Executive/Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
· Oversee the preparation and production of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
· Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items
· Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all pastry items
· Train, mentor, and supervise pastry staff.
· Maintain proper kitchen hygiene, food safety, and inventory levels.
· Coordinate with procurement for needed supplies and ingredients
Ideal Candidate Profile
· Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Pastry Chef.
· Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and dessert plating.
· Creativity and passion for innovation.
· Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
· Culinary degree or relevant certification (preferred).
