Job Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in electromechanical projects.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in QS software and MS Office.
Immediate availability is preferred.
