Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3 Years of experience in customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers
• Ability to analyze problems and propose solutions quickly and effectively.
• Capability to handle multiple inquiries or tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, help desk platforms, and other computer applications relevant to customer service.
• Efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
