Responsibilities:
a) Understand business requirements and prepare requirement specifications for new enhancements/projects.
b) Complete system development assignments of varying complexity, controlling scope and schedule for successful implementation, covering the entire SDLC.
c) Develop integration procedures/processes for various Business applications as per user/business needs.
d) Perform data migration from legacy systems if required.
e) Execute data extractions as needed by Business users.
f) Prepare UAT scripts and set up the Test Environment for UAT.
g) Develop Training Manuals for seeded or custom functionalities.
h) Diagnose and resolve issues raised by application users.
i) Follow-up on application support website for bugs/issues.
j) Produce functional and technical documentation post go-live confirmation.
k) Review and update information in the EA Tool repository.
l) Develop deployment plans for populating the EA repository across Business, Application, Data, and Infrastructure layers, including governance around EA artifacts.
m) Conduct detailed requirements gathering meetings with stakeholders.
n) Establish standard conventions/naming standards in EA Tool.
o) Identify key stakeholders/application owners; create hierarchical organization charts with roles and relationships.
p) Map relationships among Business Processes, Data, Technology/Infrastructure layers, and roles/responsibilities.
q) Develop and deploy objects/models in EA Tool using EPC notation.
r) Conduct EA Tool Designer/Architect training for users.
s) Perform other related tasks as instructed by the Company.
Qualifications:
University Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
6+ years of experience in IT within a large enterprise.
3+ years of experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
3+ years of experience in designing solutions for business needs.
Strong knowledge of industry-standard programming languages, development tools, and concepts.
Expertise in SDLC and requirements specification standards.
Experience with Enterprise Architecture Modeling Tools (use and administration).
Familiarity with BPMN, EPC, and other business process modeling notations.
Good understanding of BPM Lifecycle and concepts.
Proven technical and analytical skills, customer-centric approach, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage tasks from conceptualization to implementation independently.
Strong creative and problem-solving skills.
Team player capable of working well with technical and non-technical members.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
