Engineer / Project Manager - Fitout
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Job Details :
• Bachelors in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 10 - 12 years of experience in Fit-out Industry in Site Supervising & Project Management
• Solid knowledge of Civil Works, MEP, HVAC & Project Coordination.
• Hands-on experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in using computers, the internet, and search engines like Google.
• Good understanding of the Business Activities
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent time management & communication skills.
• Service-minded, pro-active & positive attitude.
• Self-driven, Logical Thinking.
• Works well with all personality types (A good team player).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and a Confident speaker.
• Must have knowledge & understanding of estimations, BOQ preparations, and pricing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
