Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using software like Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Prepare progress reports, updates, and documentation for management review.
Assist in resource planning and allocation for efficient project execution.
Conduct risk analysis and suggest mitigation strategies for schedule delays.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Support project teams in planning, forecasting, and project control activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering discipline.
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in construction or engineering projects.
Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
