Job Position – Camp Boss

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the staff accommodation/camp.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the camp facilities.
Manage inventory of camp supplies and report shortages.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for smooth camp operations.
Handle staff grievances and maintain discipline within the camp.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Camp Boss or similar role.
Height must be above 5.8 and weight must be above 70 Kg
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
