About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our fast-growing creative and marketing agency. In this role, you will help manage our clients’ social platforms, develop engaging content, plan posting calendars, and contribute to high-impact marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish content across all social platforms
- Assist in developing monthly content calendars
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage communities
- Stay updated with the latest trends on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Support photography/videography teams during shoots
- Prepare performance reports and insights
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and project managers
- Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns and brand storytelling
Requirements
- Experience in social media management (agency experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn algorithms
- Good English & Arabic communication skills
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
- Organized, creative, and able to multitask
- Available to work on-site in Kuwait
