Senior Hair Stylist( Female )
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Perform advanced hair services including cutting, coloring, highlights, balayage, keratin/protein treatments, blow-dry styling, hair extensions, and updos.
• Provide personalized consultations to clients based on face shape, lifestyle, and current hair trends.
• Maintain excellent hygiene standards and follow salon safety procedures.
• Recommend suitable hair care products and treatments.
• Mentor and guide junior stylists when required.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client retention.
Requirements :
• Minimum 4-7 years of professional salon experience (preferably in high-end or international salons).
• Strong portfolio in coloring & advanced techniques.
• Updated knowledge of hair trends, products & tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure with professionalism & teamwork.
• Arabic / English speaking is an advantage.
• UAE experience preferred (optional).
