Responsibilities:
Manage the complete onboarding and offboarding process.
Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Process employee medical applications and insurance requirements.
Handle visa processing and coordination for free zone and mainland.
Maintain employee records, HR documents, and personnel files.
Prepare HR letters, memos, and reports.
Coordinate with PROs, government authorities, and external agencies as required.
Assist with payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave records.
Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Ensure HR operations comply with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Requirements:
Graduate degree; HR or Business Administration preferred.
2–3 years of HR experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, medical applications, and visa processes (free zone & mainland).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (preferred).
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
