Provide on-site support for Data Visualization software, including troubleshooting, installation, restoration, and documentation. Maintain accurate records of licenses, users, and software versions in the Company’s Software Inventory Database.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve Data Visualization software issues.
Perform installation, re-installation, updates, and restoration of applications.
Support all software under this contract or other related contracts as assigned by the Superintendent.
Log software details (security keys, license numbers, versions) in the Software Inventory Database.
Record user details (name, location, extension, asset) for all license deployments.
Ensure compliance with company software policies and support standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
Provide timely updates and documentation for incident resolution and maintenance activities.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience supporting Data Visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
Strong troubleshooting and software installation skills.
Experience with license management and documentation.
Excellent communication and customer support skills.
Ability to work onsite and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
