Role Overview
As the Brand Manager for Cosmetics at HD, you will drive the strategic growth and representation of the brand across all channels. You will own brand positioning, analyze market trends, lead sales and marketing initiatives, and run promotional campaigns. You’ll ensure branding consistency across touchpoints and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with market demands and customer expectations. This is a dynamic, hands-on role requiring strong leadership and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the brand’s strategic direction, positioning, and messaging for cosmetics.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, traditional media, PR, events).
- Lead sales initiatives and collaborate with retail and e-commerce teams to drive revenue and market share.
- Ensure consistency of branding and creative across all channels (packaging, product, in-store, digital, and print).
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
- Monitor and report on KPIs including brand awareness, consideration, trial, and loyalty.
- Oversee promotional calendars, budget management, and vendor relationships.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and brand integrity; implement loss prevention awareness in brand activities where applicable.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service orientation and proven team leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in sales strategy, product knowledge, and customer education.
- Familiarity with retail loss prevention and operational integrity.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in cosmetics, beauty, or retail brand management is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, face-to-face customer environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Fluency in English is preferred; additional languages (e.g., Arabic) are a plus.
