Paragon Group is looking for a meticulous and experienced Accountant join our finance team in Dubai immediately. This role suits a hands-on accounting professional who can manage end-to-end bookkeeping, ensure regulatory compliance in the UAE, and support management with timely financial information.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate ledgers and financial records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, prepare invoices, manage petty cash, and perform bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and assist with month-end close.
Support budgeting, cost control, and basic financial analysis to aid business decisions.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and prepare VAT filings as required.
Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data and follow company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 4–6 years of accounting experience in the UAE (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of VAT, WPS, payroll processes, and financial reporting standards in the UAE.
Proficiency with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical capability, and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
Nationality: Pakistani preferable.
