Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the company’s food & grocery products across assigned routes and accounts.
Manage timely deliveries, ensure accurate invoicing, and collect payments as per company policy.
Maintain attractive merchandising and stock levels at customer locations to maximise sales.
Build and sustain strong relationships with shop owners, wholesalers, and on-trade customers to drive repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily route activity to the sales supervisor.
Keep delivery vehicle clean, stocked, and in compliance with company safety standards.
Requirements:
Valid UAE Manual Driving License (mandatory).
Prior experience in van sales, FMCG distribution, or route selling is preferred.
Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset.
Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and ability to work independently.
Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading duties as required.
