Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for prevention.
• Provide HSE training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including waste management, emissions, and pollution control.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to integrate HSE requirements into project planning and execution.
• Maintain accurate records of HSE activities, incidents, and training sessions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve HSE performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for HSE-related inquiries and regulatory inspections.

Qualification and Skill :

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field) is mandatory. Experience:
• At least 2-3 years of experience in HSE roles within the construction sectors.
• Proven experience in the implementation, management, and documentation of HSE policies and procedures in both industries.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments, site audits, and incident investigations.
