Real Estate Manager
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Transaction Management: Oversee property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing, while adeptly negotiating contracts, renewals, and modifications.
• Listing Management: Utilize various platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, etc., to effectively list and market vacant properties to prospective tenants or buyers.
• Property Maintenance: Ensure properties are well-maintained and promptly address maintenance and repair needs to uphold tenant satisfaction and property value.
• Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to cultivate leads, generate referrals, and enhance business prospects.
Requirements :
• Experience in UAE real estate is must
• Excellent communication skills
• Driving License is a must
