Logistics Coordinator

Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for project materials, furniture, and equipment.
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and site teams to ensure on-time deliveries to project sites.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage warehouse stock related to project requirements.
• Prepare delivery schedules, shipping documentation, and material tracking reports.
• Coordinate customs clearance and local transport arrangements when required.
• Support the procurement team in expediting material deliveries and resolving logistics-related issues.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of materials in line with project standards.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, and logistics expenses.
• Assist in developing and improving logistics procedures for operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably within the interior fit-out, construction, or contracting industry.
• Strong knowledge of local logistics regulations and documentation processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
