Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Joinery & Fit-Out
Location: UAE
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates and quantity take-offs for joinery and fit-out projects.
Monitor project budgets and track expenses to ensure financial control.
Review drawings and specifications to identify materials and quantities required.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and design teams for cost-related clarifications.
Assist in procurement by providing detailed material requirements and cost analysis.
Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure value for money.
Maintain records of costs, variations, and budget updates throughout project execution.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and contractual obligations.
Provide regular financial and progress reports to management.
Requirements:
Must be currently available in the UAE.
Direct interviews will be conducted.
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
Must have proven experience in the Joinery & Fit-Out industry.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Professional certifications in Quantity Surveying are a plus.
Strong knowledge of joinery, interior fit-out materials, and construction methods.
Experience with cost estimation, budgeting, and project financial tracking.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of QS software or ERP systems is an advantage.
