Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance standards.
Monitor inventory levels, manage procurement, and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and quality service.
Implement and maintain hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and operational efficiency.
Drive business growth by implementing promotional activities and upselling techniques.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Bar Incharge in the UAE hospitality industry.
Knowledge of bar operations, F&B service standards, and restaurant management.
Applicants must be currently available in the UAE.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Certifications in F&B or bar management are a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
