Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed 3D structural models using Revit.
Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure model accuracy and coordination.
Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts within the model.
Extract drawings, schedules, and material quantities from the Revit model.
Update models based on design changes, site feedback, and project requirements.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and best practices.
Maintain organized records of BIM models and associated project documentation.
Support site teams with technical clarifications derived from the Revit model.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Structural BIM Modeler using Revit in the UAE.
Applicants must be currently available in the UAE.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Experience in structural modelling for building, MEP, or infrastructure projects.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
Proficiency in Revit; knowledge of Navisworks or Tekla is a plus.
Understanding of structural design principles, codes, and construction practices.
Experience with clash detection, 3D modelling, and documentation processes.
