Outdoor Sales Executive
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities :
• Conduct outdoor sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and customer visits, to promote and sell building materials products.
• Identify and target potential clients in the UAE market, such as contractors, developers, architects, and construction companies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate product recommendations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sales agreements, aiming to achieve profitable sales margins while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to building materials in the UAE.
• Collaborate with the internal sales team to coordinate sales efforts, provide feedback on market demands, and ensure smooth order processing.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the sales manager on a regular basis.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or after-sales support requirements promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and resolve any delivery-related issues.
• Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products and expand the customer base.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product portfolio, technical specifications, and pricing structures.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications :
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and resources.
• Good understanding of the UAE market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the building materials industry.
