As we continue to expand rapidly, Hiring for a dynamic and driven who can take complete ownership of recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end recruitment, focusing on attracting top talent within luxury travel, lifestyle, and related sectors.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver the right talent swiftly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and industry networks.
Ensure all HR activities comply with UAE labor laws, including handling employee documentation, contracts, and records.
Support onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Contribute to strengthening our employer brand within the luxury services industry.
Requirement:
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within luxury travel, lifestyle management, or recruitment consultancy.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage HR operations with strong attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
