Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Cook, specializing in Indian cuisine and Parathas
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
Good communication skills
Residing in or willing to relocate to Al Ain
