The Procurement Assistant will support the purchasing and procurement function by tracking orders, supplier communication for orders, and records as full Time Job.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in processing Purchase Requests (PRs) and preparing Purchase Orders (POs).
• Support the tracking of purchase orders and update internal tracking systems.
• Communicate with approved suppliers to confirm order status and availability.
• Assist in managing supplier complaints records and documentation.
• Verify pricing accuracy against validated price lists.
• Maintain procurement databases, filing systems, and reports.
Qualifications
• Up to 2 years of experience in purchasing or administrative roles.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and document management systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and procurement procedures accurately.
