Job Title: HR Officer
Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist with payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management
Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives
Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience as an HR Officer or in HR administration
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be willing to work in Abu Dhabi
