Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production operations to meet quality and delivery targets.
Manage cutting, stitching, and finishing teams (50+ workers).
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.
Optimize workflows to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Train and mentor junior staff on garment production techniques.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and logistics teams.
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years in apparel production supervision (uniforms/workwear preferred).
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of pattern making, cutting, and sewing processes.
Familiarity with industrial sewing machines and quality checks.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English & Hindi (Arabic a plus).
Qualification:
Diploma/Degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or related field.
