Requirements:
Proven experience in HSE management within large-scale construction projects in the Middle East
Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and international standards (ISO, OSHA, etc.)
Excellent communication and training skills
Ability to lead safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
Relevant HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent
Degree or diploma in Safety Engineering, Environmental Management, or related field
