Description:
Al Benaa Al Shamel Facilities Management LLC is seeking a skilled Bidding & Estimation Executive to join their team, playing a critical role in preparing competitive bids, cost estimates, and tender submissions for facilities management projects across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimations for FM projects including hard and soft services.
Review tender documents, specifications, scope of work, and project requirements.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with operations and finance teams.
Analyze supplier quotations, material costs, manpower requirements, and project timeframes.
Ensure timely submission of bids in accordance with client requirements.
Maintain a database of suppliers, subcontractors, and pricing information.
Support management in pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in bidding/estimation within FM or a related industry.
Strong technical knowledge of FM services including MEP, cleaning, and civil works.
Excellent analytical, costing, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with estimation tools is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
