HR Executive
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full HR function including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
• Lead workforce planning and talent development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Manage HR documentation, payroll coordination, and HR reporting.
• Conduct performance appraisals and training programs.
• Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 3-4 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
