Job Title: IT Assistant
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
Strong knowledge of IT support, hardware, and network troubleshooting
Familiarity with office software, printers, and IT peripherals
Responsibilities:
Provide first-level IT support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
Support network setup, connectivity, and basic troubleshooting
Assist in IT inventory management and documentation
Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or vendors
Maintain IT records, reports, and logs
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security, and best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
Bilingual: English & Arabic (mandatory)
1–3 years of experience in IT support or network troubleshooting
Good communication and interpersonal skills
