Required experience: 4 years
Skills
• Helpdesk agent with Helpdesk and customer services experience of more than 4 years of experience in Health care sector
• 24/7 Support
• Support more than 9000 Employee
• Proficient in both written and spoken Arabic & English language
• Effective communication skills
• Problem-solving and critical thinking
• Dealing with difficult customers
• IT knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Documentation and Knowledge Base.
• Creating and maintaining a knowledge base.
• Generating and maintaining KPI Reports for Helpdesk tickets
Skills & Qualifications
• ITIL Foundation
• Health Care system experience
• Customer Service certificate
• Communication Skills
• Reporting skills

Joining time frame: (15 - 30 days)
The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems - Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the leading organization in Bahrain.
