Job Position – Restaurant Manager
Looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our Restaurant and Karaoke & Lounge operations. This role calls for a dynamic leader with strong F&B expertise and a solid background in nightlife or lounge environments.
Ideal Profile:
Proven experience managing restaurant and nightlife or lounge venues
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance
Solid understanding of guest engagement, service excellence, and premium F&B operations
Ability to oversee high-energy, late-night environments while ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operations
Fluent in Russian; additional languages are an advantage
Professional, confident, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
