Qualifications:
Engineering Graduates/PG
Graduate (minimum requirement)

Responsibilities:
Assist in HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives
Support day-to-day operational activities of engineering/technical teams
Maintain HR and operations documentation, reports, and databases
Liaise between management, engineering teams, and employees
Help implement company policies and compliance procedures
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Assist in workforce planning and shift scheduling
Handle employee queries related to HR and operational processes

Requirements:
Engineering degree (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / relevant discipline)
1–3 years of experience in HR operations or general operations coordination
Good understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and organizational operations
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in cross-functional teams
Proficiency in MS Office and HR/ERP systems
