We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager for one of our sister companies to support our growing Food & Beverage operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations across the restaurant, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and support the Restaurant Manager in driving performance, quality, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of front-of-house staff.
- Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and attendance to maintain optimal coverage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Assist in inventory control, stock ordering, and cost management.
- Coordinate with kitchen, suppliers, and management to maintain operational efficiency.
- Support the Restaurant Manager with reporting, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant operations or F&B supervisory roles.
